Blog-Exchange is a tentative to adopt a common format to import and export datas
between blogging tools and providers
The format is only an Xhtml 1.0 strict file, fully compatible with modern web browsers.
Images are saved in data-uri format.
It's cool because you can easily parse the file with your software (it's just xhtml),
and users could save it themself.
1. How to recognize a Blog-Exchange file ?
The html tag must contain something like this :
id identifies the file as a blog exchange file and gives the version of
this format used.
